Daleen Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:DALN) today announced NetworkOSS, a global service solutions provider, has selected Daleen's eBusiness software suite for web-enabled billing, customer management, self-care, and service activation. NetworkOSS will offer customized single-source Operation Support System (OSS) solutions in a secure, complete networked infrastructure.

NetworkOSS offers new entrants in the communications industry OSS solutions including customer care and billing, order management and provisioning and network monitoring, integrated and interoperable with a customer's existing OSS applications. By incorporating Daleen's suite into their BusinessNowTM solutions offering, NetworkOSS will deliver integrated billing and customer management, electronic bill payment and presentment (EBPP), web-enabled catalog and customer self-care functionality, as well as service activation to their CSP customers.

  Daleen products provided as part of the solution include:  --       eCare, which will let NetworkOSS' customers explore and          research products and services over the web; purchase          services online, provide ordering and status tracking;          receive service outage notices and reports; resolve service          problems; view bills; and perform bill usage analysis;  --       The BillPlex(R)ICP software package will provide customer          management, convergent billing functionality, and EBPP; and  --       SwitchFlow(TM), service activation software will provide          automated flow-through service activation and network          provisioning for voice and data services.
