Tas: Police investigate stabbing at St Helens

A 33-year-old man is in a stable condition in Launceston General Hospital after he
was stabbed several times in the back at a party.

Police say the man was stabbed in the back after an argument broke out at 3.30am (AEDT)
in the front yard of a house at St Helens, north-east of Launceston.

Sergeant PHIL GREGORY from St Helens police says no-one has been charged.
